Due to our made-to-order process, cancellations, exchanges, or returns are not accepted once your order goes into production.

Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. Email a photo of the damage along with your order number to: info@backdropchoice.com. We will respond as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement.

Printing Details

  • Color Matching: We do not offer color matching. Colors may vary slightly from screen to material and between different materials.
  • Proof Fees: If you cancel after a proof is sent, a $20.00 proof fee will be charged. Cancellation is not possible once production begins.
  • Typographical Errors: We are not responsible for any typographical, spelling, or grammar errors. Please proofread all text carefully. All proofs are final.
  • Color Differences: We cannot guarantee exact color matches due to variations in ink batches, print media, and printer color settings. The colors on your screen may differ from the final product.

Returns
To initiate a return, contact us at info@backdropchoice.com. We will provide a shipping label and instructions if your return is accepted. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
