All backdrops are measured in feet, unless otherwise specified. The first number indicates the width, while the second number indicates the height or length. For example, a 10x8 backdrop is 10 feet wide and 8 feet tall or long.

Due to the nature of our products, we can only offer store credit and replacement orders; no refunds for returned items. All returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your merchandise, and shipping costs cannot be refunded. If there is an issue with our backdrops, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. If the backdrop is without any problems, refunds cannot be processed due to the special nature of our products.

Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via DHL, Fedex, UPS.

Lit Products has a 7-business day turnaround.
Non-lit Products typically have a 3-business day turnaround.

The majority of our products are designed for tool-free setup and are user-friendly. Certain fixtures may necessitate a basic hex key, which is supplied with the product.

Printing

We utilize polyester fabric material, offering advantages such as reusability, machine washability, and the ability to be lightly ironed. Our dye-sublimation printing ensures realistic patterns and excellent color fastness.

Payment

We typically initiate processing within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you wish to cancel, please email us, and we will make an effort to cancel the order for you. However, our cancellation policy has restrictions. Once items have been printed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. If you still choose to cancel, a cancellation fee of 25% of the order amount for printed items will apply.
